The Foundation

2 Way Foundation Inc. is a non-profit corporation and shall be operated exclusively for educational and charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, or the corresponding section of any future Federal tax code.

PURPOSE

2 Way Foundation is dedicated to the advancement and betterment of underprivileged student athletes by providing access to sports-related instructional resources, educational assistance, and other humanitarian support programs.

This foundation will serve as a bridge between different economic backgrounds to create equal opportunities. Funds will mainly be dedication to scholarship funds, team equipment, outside training resources and other resources used to develop athletes.
